The Provenance
Our collection is deeply tied to Mysuru (Mysore), India—a city defined by its quiet heritage, majestic
architecture, and deep-rooted yoga legacy. Rather than sourcing through mass supply chains, we
partner directly with Rashinkar’s. Located near the old city center, the Rashinkar family has spent
over a century earning a global reputation among dedicated practitioners. Because we know them
personally, this collection represents an honest partnership built on mutual respect for authentic Indian
craft.

The Craftsmanship
These rugs are a timeless masterpiece that Rashinkar’s has been globally celebrated for over many
decades. Crafted from premium cotton, they offer a grounding, highly absorbent texture that naturally
improves with use. Available in a lightweight Thin weave for travel, and a dense Thick weave for daily
studio practice.
